Eligibility Criteria

Any medical graduates or postgraduates (minimum criteria is MBBS). They should have graduated from MBBS/MD not more than 10 years ago.

Important Disclaimer

  • This course is meant for the upgradation of knowledge related to Diabetes and is delivered by the most prominent academicians from India and abroad.
  • This course does not carry the Authorization of MCI / NMC and does not guarantee any job on the basis of this certificate.
  • This course will help you to develop clinical acumen in identifying and managing people with diabetes effectively.
  • This course provides you with a golden opportunity to improve your skills/resources related to diabetes care.
  • Travel and Accommodation costs related to offline workshops are not included in the course fee and will be borne by the students.

Assessment Criteria

  • 90 percent attendance is compulsory (online) and 50 percent (offline workshop).
  • Evaluation at the end of each module.
  • 50 percent is minimum pass mark (in each module and overall including the project – A 2000-word essay on any topic discussed online and to be submitted before module no 23).
  • Certificate and marksheet will be awarded by Hind Institue of Medical Sciences (HIMS).

Academic Misconduct & Plagiarism Policy

  1. Plagiarism: The use of someone else’s words, ideas, intellectual property, or work, without proper acknowledgment by use of correct referencing conventions, or necessary permissions. Words or ideas may include: text (including paraphrasing), diagrams, formulae, software.
  2. Self-plagiarism: When work is reproduced or re-presented for assessment when it has already been part of another assessment. This includes work on your current programme of study or a previous programme of study at another educational institution. We would not allow more than 25% similarity in your written post/manuscript as it goes through the Plagiarism Check. (References are excluded in the plagiarism check)
  3. External writing service: The use of an external writing service, for example essay banks, essay mills, ghost writers, or any external essay/thesis writing service, in place of or in addition to your own writing.
  4. Collusion: Presenting work as your own when it has been produced by, or with, someone else, or allowing work to be submitted in someone else’s name.
